By booking with GetPickUp you agree to fixed-price private transfer services arranged through our platform and fulfilled by verified partner chauffeurs.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup, or the deadline shown at checkout if the admin changes it. After that, cancellation is not allowed unless the admin policy says otherwise. Waiting-time rules depend on the pickup type shown at checkout. Meet & greet, child seats, and other extras are charged as displayed before payment.

Passenger details must be accurate (including flight or train numbers when relevant) so we can track arrivals and adjust pickup timing. Payment is processed securely; invoices are emailed after successful payment.
