GetPickUp collects the details you enter to arrange a transfer: name, email, phone, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel time, and optional flight or train numbers.
We use this information to quote prices, confirm bookings, process online payments, contact you about your ride, and share trip details with the assigned chauffeur and partner.
Payment is handled by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on GetPickUp servers. You can ask us to update or delete your personal data by contacting support, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
